Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Prospection
- Ensure the most suitable match between the job, company's goal and the candidates
- Maintaining good relationship with both sides: clients & candidates
- Attending meetings with clients to obtain further information on the company recruitment requirements and match candidate to vacant positions
- Placing job advertisements across a range of online channels including LinkedIn, social media and company website
- Screen CVs, conduct profiling calls and assess the potential candidates based on competencybased interviews & conduct reference checks for the accepted candidates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Leadership skills
