Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Prospection
• Ensure the most suitable match between the job, company's goal and the candidates
• Maintaining good relationship with both sides: clients & candidates
• Attending meetings with clients to obtain further information on the company recruitment requirements and match candidate to vacant positions
• Placing job advertisements across a range of online channels including LinkedIn, social media and company website
• Screen CVs, conduct profiling calls and assess the potential candidates based on competencybased interviews & conduct reference checks for the accepted candidates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Leadership skills
