Responsibilities:

• This individual will update the operational excellence reporting provided in Jira to highlight bottlenecks and repeated issues across KTLO work, planned feature development, customer support, and emergent issues.
• If the correct reporting tool/format does not exist, then this individual will be tasked with creating it. The effort will span multiple teams and Jira Projects with disparate workflows. Reports will emphasize the efficiency of throughput for operational work and balancing against committed feature work, as reported by the Engineering Managers in their Jira projects.
• Specific technical skills: excellent knowledge of Jira, including metadata and workflows. 
• Creation and updates for Jira-linked EazyBI reports.
• Seniority: senior-level expert.
