Required Skills:

• Strong design skills with experience in branding, marketing, or product design.
• Proven track record in human-centered design.
• Extensive experience designing user interfaces across digital platforms, including web and mobile.
• Solid understanding of component-based design systems for digital platforms that integrate both design and development.
• Proficiency in contemporary design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Familiarity with software development processes in large enterprises, particularly using agile methodologies.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create impeccable designs that are consistent with our product and service standards.
• Collaborate closely with other UI & UX Designers, Brand Managers, Design System Architects, and Frontend Developers to ensure uniformity across brands, interfaces, and components.
• Design and specify state-of-the-art user interfaces for digital products and services.
• Develop a clear and scalable design language that enhances user experience and guides users towards their goals.
• Provide detailed design specifications and production-ready assets.
• Apply typography principles effectively in design deliverables.
• Create cohesive and consistent icon sets.
• Develop meaningful animations and micro-interactions.
