Role details:

• Title / Designation: UX Designer
• Reporting to: VP of Engineering
• Location: Delhi (In office)

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the target audience and their needs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Design intuitive and seamless user experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across different platforms and devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest design tools and technologies, including Material UI, Bootstrap, Figma, InVision etc.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs using the latest technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design system components.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in designing web/desktop/mobile applications.
• Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working with Material UI, Bootstrap, and other design frameworks.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field from tier 1 colleges
