The Sensory Scientist will ensure that products are optimised, and the quality as designed delivers on the critical sensory design principles and the job for our brands. You will play a crucial role in partnering with teams to validate revolutionary technologies and products to develop meaningful solutions for the future.
This role is part of the EUAU Experimentation Lab Team which partners with global and regional teams to accelerate growth with superior innovation and core growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- University degree in Food Science, Sensory, Consumer Science or related field
- 2 to 4 years’ experience conducting primary sensory and consumer research in a corporate research, consulting, agency or relevant environment or capacity in an international environment
- Strong written and verbal communication; exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and influence skills. Advanced knowledge of English - written and oral communication required
Experience in
- Flavour Chemistry, Psychophysics, Marketing Research, Product Development, Stability Science or Statistics;
- Planning and executing sensory and/or consumer research in partnership with Product Design teams and/or Consumer Insights;
- Using advanced statistics and modeling to provide advanced analytic solutions to product and business teams, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to uncover impactful insights from textual data
Location: San Adrian,Spain (ideally should be able to work from office at least 2 days a week)
