Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (4-9 years as an SEO specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully improving organic traffic and search engine rankings)
3. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
4. Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across cross-functional teams.
7. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings across our web, app, and social media platforms.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization and content development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, design, and development to ensure SEO best practices (for appstore, organic search and YouTube) are integrated into website & app structure, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
4. Optimize website and app content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure, to improve organic search visibility and user experience.
5. Monitor and analyze website and app performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing (SEM), and recommend new strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement & differentiate our brand through SEO strategies
7. Collaborate with the social media team to optimize social media profiles, posts, and campaigns for increased organic visibility and engagement.
8. Monitor and analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize landing page experience, conversion rates and user retention.
9. Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution of SEO initiatives.
