General Objective:

Solving issues related to Microsoft Windows servers, VMware virtual environment and Active Directory.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft, VMware, Azure technologies
• 3 years of experience from a similar position.
• Proven track record from other Operational positions.
• Experience with automating operational tasks (including PowerShell).
• Languages – English B2.

Responsabilities:

• 2nd level support of Microsoft and other services such as: AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, VMware, Windows Servers, Azure, Active Directory maintenance, Lifecycle management.
• Take an active part in securing stable and reliable operations.
• Participation in Global Infrastructure internal maintenance projects.
• Take ownership and proactively initiate improvements continuously.
• Participation in Group PMO projects that involves Global Infrastructure.
• Automation of operational tasks.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
