Job title Service Advisor Expert
Our client is a leading provider of innovative technologies and products in the field of consumer electronics and household appliances.
We are now looking for a Service Advisor Expert to support our team in Germany and help increase customer satisfaction through outstanding after-sales services. Working location is Berlin, capital city of Germany.
Your tasks:
• Development, care and support of service cooperation partners in all German-speaking regions (D-A-CH)
• Definition / update of after-sales workflows
• Creation of after-sales B2B/B2C information content
• Technical customer support (2-3 level support) for B2B and B2C customers via email, phone, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), online stores (Amazon, Otto, eBay, etc.) and other possible or future communication channels
• Processing of service cases on the shop floor (TV, fridge, robot, etc.), including checking, approving, transporting and updating the status of service cases
• Communicating with customers regarding shipping notifications and shipping obstacles
• Collection and reporting of service case incidents
• Processing of spare parts orders
Your profile:
• Several years of experience in customer service or after-sales support, ideally in the field of consumer electronics or household appliances
• Good knowledge of German and English, Chinese is a defiantly a plus
• High customer orientation and communication skills
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
