Our Client is a multinational car maufacturing and distribution group present in 30 countries, now looking for a Technical Advisor in their After Sales division in Bucharest.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Checking technical support requests;
- Supporting the implementation of recall actions;
- Meeting the established indicators
- Technical advice for brand dealers;
- Providing repair solutions;
- Monitoring product quality;
- Permanent communication with manufacturers.

Requirements:
- University degree ideally in transporation field;
- Relevant work experience of 1-3 years or more;
- Knowledge of English  nice to have (not mandatory)
- Very good knowledge of PC: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Valid driving licence.
