Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics Execution: Understand business needs and translate them into HR reporting and analytics requirements. Collect HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, employee records) and generate standard and ad-hoc reports on metrics like headcount, turnover, performance, and diversity.

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights on workforce demographics, performance, retention, and engagement. Support HR and business leaders in decision-making through data interpretation.

HR Dashboards & Data Visualizations: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to monitor key HR metrics. Customize reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Collaboration & Customization: Work with stakeholders to create tailored reports and analytics solutions. Support cross-functional teams with HR data analysis as needed.

Ad-Hoc Analysis & Special Projects: Conduct special projects and analysis (e.g., workforce planning, compliance audits) as assigned by HR leadership.

Data Management & Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data, maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.

Employee & Business Support: Handle learning and development-related inquiries professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution and a positive experience for employees and managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Administration or Service Delivery, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
