Must have Skill - Oracle PL/SQL Developer.

As part of the payment services activities, you are responsible for handling customer requests to ensure the delivery of the requested services while respecting the contractual SLAs. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of the service accepted by the customer within the agreed timelines. 

• Prepare, validate, and deliver update patches in coordination with the RUN IT & Internal Support teams. 

• Handle and resolve incidents and/or regressions caused by the implementation of the service. 

• Qualify customer information requests. 

• Prepare, process, and communicate responses to customer queries. 

• Worked as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer , designing, development, analysis, customization and application support
