You must have experience of working in a customer-focused role within an IT department, with working knowledge of ITIL, and demonstrate experience of PC, Mac & cloud services troubleshooting. You will also ideally be able to support users with Office 365 and possess experience of Exchange Online / Azure AD / MFA.
