Requirements:

Candidate requirements

• Electronics Engineer graduate with a background in the following fields: electrical, mechanics and hydraulics
• Previous work experience in medical devices is an advantage (but not specifically required)
• Previous service repair engineer of 1+ year
• Serious, responsible well-organized person, with rigorous working style and attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Integrity, initiative and focus.
• Good knowledge of PC.
• Availability to travel in the country for service activities.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Driving license cat. B

Responsibilities:

• Execute installation, maintenance and service for medical equipment provided by SofMedica.
• Continually support and develop a culture of health & safety first
• Manage consumables ensuring that at all times the required stock levels are maintained in line with achieving a first time fix and the assigned daily workload
• Engage in ongoing preventative maintenance for medical equipment.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers
• Respond to service calls in order to perform on-site repairs.
• Provide technical support services, such as replacing needed equipment components. Once their work is completed, service engineer completes service reports.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and quality control checks and provide quality customer service
• Elaborate presentation materials and training for hospital technicians.
• Implement product trainings for beneficiary stuff or for colleagues from other departments.
