Service Engineer (Ulaanbaatar)

Education: Higher (preferably)

Work experience: Manager, Technical background, Work in a service or call center or somewhere else

Key competencies: Competent communication, Excel, Good level of English or Russian, fluent Mongolian is important.

Responsibilities in the workplace:

Control of the service sector

Service representative in Mongolia

Resolving issues with centers in Mongolia

Search for new partners

Working with services

Working with five partners in Mongolia

Monitoring their performance whenever possible

Assistance to the office in Almaty in contact with

the Mongolian market

Control over the disposal of spare parts at recycling points

Relationship with centers in Mongolia and document flow
