Manage all day-to-day operations of the service department in an efficient and safe manner by utilization of all workshop's staff in order to maximize efficiency have the ability and experience to expand and set up new workshops.
Maintain Company policies & procedures and ensure that quality standards & KPIs are achieved and ensure vehicles tasks are completed correctly and within specified time.
Look for ways to minimize operational costs without compromising standards of service and reduce additional service cost by making sure that reliable and efficient customers' service are in place.
Oversee and mentor staff members while keeping workshop in clean and tidy state and Monitors performance of each staff and motivate them to achieve set daily and monthly targets.
Weekly update to national service manager and Director about the region status, spare parts and sharing the ideas for improvement of service-related issues.
Monitoring daily activity, MIS and KPI and distribution of work among the team in order to complete the task as per promised to customer and to improve productivity and workflow.
Yearly Performance evaluation of staff in order to identify the low performer and arrange for training and motivate to improve.
Responsible to follow up for any VOR/Over age vehicles waiting for parts and co-ordinates with foreman and team leader for any alternate solution and arrange spare ready vehicle to deliver.
Ensure all workshop operations are completed to professional standards, Policies and keep updated with new guidance issue by the management.
Built quality business and customer loyalty by ensuring highest quality repair educating/problem solving with customer on technical issues.
Encourage preventive maintenance service to keep their vehicles running at peak performance.
