Our client is a leading multinational household appliances manufacturing organization. Currently hiring a local service manager based in Jordan.The candidate will be responsible for implementing a service strategy agreed with senior management to enhance the value of the company's products in the market offering
Main responsibilities:
1. Competitor benchmark and creation of a service strategy for the brand in the region
2. Coordinating with regional distributors and their call centers to track the KPIs and conducting happy calls to check customer satisfaction
3. Monitoring the spare parts activities, improving supply lead time of spare parts and executing feasibility study of regional central spares warehouse
4. To conduct all regional technical and behavioral trainings to service technicians and call center agents
5. Cooperating with distributors to find highly competent regional service points to perform inwarranty service activities
6. Coordinating the contracts with service points that are including performance criteria
7. Implementation of lean service software for management of all service transactions
8. Reporting of periodic quality data for factories
9. Continuous auditing of the service network in the region
10. Finding service differentiation ideas and implementing feasible options
11. Quarterly reporting of after sales KPI’s to management
The successful candidate needs to possess the below criteria,
- A MINIMUM of 5 years in a similar managerial role within the service function
- MULTINATIONAL experience is a must
- Experience in white household appliances firm is a must.
- Fluent English language is mandatory, and Arabic
- Residency in Jordan is a must
