**Role Summary:**
As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating our charity's programs and services dedicated to vulnerable adults. Your expertise and leadership will guide our team in providing essential support and care to those facing challenges in their lives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of compassionate support staff, ensuring they deliver the highest quality services to our beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to develop and implement effective support programs for vulnerable adults.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to maximise the impact of our services.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance our offerings.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of vulnerable adults in the community.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the charity or social services sector.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable adults and the ability to provide empathetic and person-centred care.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, along with the satisfaction of knowing that their work directly contributes to the betterment of vulnerable adults .
