JD: Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Analytics: Create and manage dashboards and reports; analyze data across ITSM, HRSD, ITBM/SPM modules.
• SNOWMirror Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize SNOWMirror instances; resolve performance and synchronization issues.
• Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to define data models, KPIs, and metrics.
• Custom Development: Assist in developing ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations.
• Data Governance: Ensure data quality and maintain governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and SNOWMirror.
• Skills in designing dashboards, configuring SNOWMirror, and customizing ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of data governance and industry trends.
