Key Responsibilities:

Maintain integrations to ServiceNow CMDB and Mid servers

Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform

Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.

Responsible for developing API integrations to other service management platforms and external vendor systems

Assist with ServiceNow platform upgrades for skipped changes and customizations

Create and manage unit and regression testing plans using ATF

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow platform related to customizations.

Build reports and dashboards utilizing the Performance Analytics module

Responsible for the development of workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform, which support the streamlining and automation of business processes

Development of custom fields and tables  

General Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update documentation for system standards, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans

Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for tasks.

Experience & Education

3 to 5 years relevant experience

B.Tech / B.E./ M.C.A. M.Sc. B.Sc. or Bachelor degree in relevant field.

Expert understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities

Expert knowledge of development on the ServiceNow Platform including but not limited to using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

In-depth knowledge of API integrations and scripting in ServiceNow

Understanding of the ServiceNow database structure and hierarchies and implementation of custom tables and data structures.  Including understanding of the CSDM

Experience as a ServiceNow Developer in the following areas:

ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and APM Service Portals,Flow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, and Integration Hub ATF. Application integrations using APIs.

Experience with standard project management methodologies.
