Position: ServiceNow Engineer
Location: Hyderabad / Indore / Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 years
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily admin tasks (user access, alerts, groups, roles, etc.)

• Handle service requests, reports, and automation items

• Modify workflows, UI, forms, and catalog items

• Ensure performance monitoring and routine health checks

• Manage API integrations, transform maps, and mid-server issues

• Execute changes with effort under 24 hours

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow platform modules (Incident, Change, CMDB, Asset, etc.)

• Strong understanding of access control, workflow config, and system performance

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• ServiceNow certification preferred

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
