Hiring for a ServiceNow Sales Leader for a global Systems Integration / IT Services major

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Sales Leader - ServiceNow
- Location: UK/Nordics
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and Go-To-Market (GTM) approach.
- Enhance relationships with CXO levels to influence, negotiate, and close opportunities existing clients, driving cross-selling and upselling.
- Establish connections with potential clients to showcase capabilities and generate new business.
- Oversee sales in the UK, Continental Europe, and the Nordic region.
- Independently drive decisions to boost market share.
- Provide strategic leadership for competitive differentiation and business expansion.
- Define deal criteria, strategies, and bid approaches.
- Lead end-to-end bid responses, negotiations, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with global sales teams to support growth in new accounts.
- Collaborate with partners (like ServiceNow) to strengthen alliances, create joint business plans, and drive pipeline growth.
- Work with internal teams for effective marketing campaigns and execution
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
- Create offerings frameworks, identify market trends, and develop solutions based on opportunities.
- Publish thought leadership articles internally and externally.
- Augment the sales team as required and manage global sales team members.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, preferably with prior technical and consulting background with rich understanding of ServiceNow products and solutions
- Should be ServiceNow SME with global experience.
- Hands on experience in solutioning / programme delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Hands on experience in managing a sales portfolio of a minimum 15-50Mn USD.
- Strong interpersonal skills to originate sales, establish relationships with C-suite and create trusted relationships with customers, ServiceNow and internal teams.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions to take to the market.
- Proven track record of accelerating exponential growth.
