Job Description
The ServiceNow solution team is responsible for deploying, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across several internal business units.
Within this team, the ServiceNow Solution Architects will be responsible for the following activities:
- 6+ years hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following applications: CSM / ITSM / SPM / ITAM
- Overall 10-15 years of Experience
- Define policy & standards – Architecture principles, Integration standards, Release management, etc. Put in place tools and methods to enforce and monitor them.
- Support the design, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions, employing best practices in architecture, design, development and deployment and minimizing customizations.
- Oversee and actively participate in complex implementations, identify improvement areas and propose action plans.
- Liaise with ServiceNow Platform architects and other COE members
- Mentor and support our ServiceNow developers and assist on complex topics
- Play a pivot role between a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders: business stakeholders, developers, functional SMEs, ServiceNow consultants and customers to ensure implementation success and foster end-user adoption.
- Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment.
- Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, its core features and how the applications are inter-connected.
- Extensive experience of integrations with 3rd party tools
- Top level technical expertise updated with recent evolutions (UI Builder, Flow Designer...). Ability to challenge and be challenged to reach the best implementation solution. We expect the architect to be able to develop if needed.
- Proven experience in understanding & capturing business requirements
- Active ServiceNow certifications
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, co-creation mindset
- Curiosity, open mindedness and ability to influence and convince but also rethink and reposition when required.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, & weigh different options, while balancing business, cost, and technology priorities to identify the best solution.
