They are a “Silver Salesforce Partner” and has expertise on implementation, Integration, Salesforce custom development, migration, consulting, and salesforce commerce cloud. They have current 120+ consultants working as part of the Salesforce practice catering to their customers on Sales, Service, CPQ and many other cloud modules.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analysis of sales requirements within Conga Configure Price Quote system and SFDC. The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders, which involves Sales operations, finance and Legal teams to evaluate business requirements.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, feature demonstrations, and end user acceptance testing sessions with business stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across the teams to understand related applications and define/document requirements as needed.
- Ensure system issues or enhancements are submitted via proper process and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Provide ongoing support of the CPQ application, proposing necessary system enhancements.
- Build strong relationship with business stakeholders.
- Work with development, design, QA teams to ensure the business requirements are implemented and validated as per test scripts
- Coordinate and participate in system testing with business users.
- Ensure timeline delivery of the system enhancements/bugs fixes to production with quality.
- Adhere to the release processes defined for business analysts
- Maintain strong industry knowledge on emerging standards and best practices in Salesforce, Sales Cloud and CPQ.
Must have:
- Four (4)+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Module and Service Cloud Module is required.
- Should have platform exposure and has been part of minimum 2 implementations.
- Salesforce.com Certification: Admin + “Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant”.
- Must be a result’s driven person along with BA skills and have played customer facing roles.
- Must be able to derive requirements and create user stories.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill and is able to relay technical information to functional users and business information to technical experts.
- Experience in process/workflow mapping and demonstrated basic project management skillsets including change management.
- Ability to think out of the box.
- Strong MS Office skills especially Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with all levels of management and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive and action oriented with ability to make timely and sound judgement to drive improvements to conclusion.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and out of the box features and capabilities
- Experience with SDLC process (Software Development Life Cycle) including application development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation
- Work cross functionally with multiple teams onsite/ offshore with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- “Conga CPQ Certification” is a plus but not a must have.
- Good to have Community cloud, CPQ and Einstein related products exposure
