SFDC – Solutions Architect

Bengaluru, India

Experience – 8 – 12 yrs

Preferably Immediate Joiners or with  30 – 45 days of notice period

An ideal candidate will have -

• Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with multiple end-to-end implementation experience.
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience in Lightning Aura Framework and LWC
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment.
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a CRM solution.
• Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
• Knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleaning, and security
• Problem Solving skills, Experience in deriving a Technical Solution architecture, well versed with Estimations and presales activities
• Demonstrated ability to work as a Software Development Manager and leading a team of Senior and Junior Developers
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Experience with conducting technical process reviews, technical UAT’s and working in partnership with the business consultants.
