They have current 120+ consultants working as part of the Salesforce practice catering to their customers on Sales, Service, CPQ and many other cloud modules.

Experience  (7 – 10 yrs)

Preferably Immediate Joiners or with  30 – 45 days of notice period

Technical Skills:

Lightning Web Component, Lightning Aura Framework, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Development, Lightning, SOAP, Rest API, APEX

Must Have:

• Minimum 1-1.5 years of development experience on Lightning Web Component (LWC)

• Good hands on exp in Lightning Aura Framework
• Should be well versed with Apex Programming, SFDC Configurations & Integration using SOAP/REST API's Should have experience setting up & managing CI/CD pipelines using deployment tools like Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub
• Excellent Communication skills and should be able to closely work with Internal and External Stakeholders
• Should be able to Manage and Mentor the team and provide the Technical assistance
• Drive the Technical deliverables based on the planned project schedules

Good to Have:

• Non-Profit Cloud (NPSP) Implementation experience/ knowledge Proven ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions
• Ability to create new and modify existing solutions on the salesforce platform leveraging both declarative and custom code
• Able to identify scenarios where declarative development options meet the business need rather than code
• Experience with conducting technical process reviews, technical UAT’s and working in partnership with the business consultants.

• Demonstrated ability to work as a Software Development Manager and leading a team of Senior and Junior Developers
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
