A multinational pharmacutical company is hiring for a dynamic and analytical Sales Force Effectiveness Manager with 6-8 years of experience to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance and productivity of our sales team. Your primary focus will be on enhancing sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and enabling our sales force to achieve their targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, programs, and initiatives to improve overall sales force effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide guidance and training to sales team members on best practices, processes, and tools to enhance their performance

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
