Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer in the Oil and Gas Industry.

For their exponentially growing operations in their world-class Plant between Athens and Corinth, they are looking for a ‘Shift Manager/Production Management Engineer’.

Your responsibilities:

• Overseeing the execution of the production program and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Managing, evaluating, and proposing enhancements for working conditions, functionality, ergonomics, and performance in the assigned departments (aiming to increase productivity and reduce scrap, rebates, and overweight issues).

• Recommending and overseeing the incorporation of new materials, enhancing process documentation, and operational instructions.

• Providing recommendations for system modifications or investments to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Your profile:

• Strong academic background in Mechanical, Mining, or Chemical Engineering.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a high-end Industrial environment.

• Excellent understanding of budget development, monitoring, and control.

• Experienced with AutoCAD or SolidWorks would be a strong asset.

• Excellent English skills.
