The main missions of the role are:
The responsibility of Site HR Leader - Engineering is to support Engineering Team and Site Engineering Leaders and act as a catalyst.
The main ownerships/ missions are to:
- Planning and deployment of group talent development tools, processes, programs and best practices
- Coach and guide HR community and people managers to promote people development initiatives in the areas of
- People Review – Potential identification and management, Reservoir management, Development plans & actions, cross functional moves, female talent engagement
- Deployment of STAR and Leadership Competency Model
- Initiatives around diversity
- Onboarding tools
- Standard jobs
- Governance - Introduce appropriate governance with all stakeholders to plan, deploy, review talent development initiatives
- Works with the people managers, engineering director to facilitate discussions to assess organizational structural challenges, people risks, changes, and supports decision making process
- Local interventions – Take full lead with support of people managers to assess, design and deploy local learning and development interventions.
To ensure efficient decision solutions to Engineering Leader/Divisonal HR Leader.
Other activities
- Support Country level initiatives such as Salary benchmarking survey, Development initiatives for India Board members
- Ensurring governance around compensation and benefits within the perimeter.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelors or Master's degree with a specialisation in HR Management
Experience :
- Minimum 18-20 years experience
- A good knowledge of talent management practices, psychometric assessment tools & management processess
- Familiarity with HRIS reporting & computer tools
Skills and competencies
- Exposure in employee experience
- Experience with MNC organizations
- Worked in Matrix organization
