Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activity of the installation team (3-10 persons, depending on project)

• Organise and plan work according to execution schedule and client requirements

• Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches and installation instructions

• Verify availability of materials, tools and equipment needed for installation

• Ensure installation quality and adherence to technical and safety standards

• Collaborate with production, logistics and design departments to resolve any non-conformities

• Keep records of works executed and prepare progress reports for the line manager

• Train and motivate team members to hit objectives

• Ensure all health & safety norms and labour-protection regulations are respected on site

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in shop-fitting or furniture installation

• Previous experience coordinating a team

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools

• Strong organisation, planning and communication skills

• Proactive attitude with quality and results focus

• Driving licence Category B

• Technical education (vocational school or high school in carpentry, mechanics, metal structures or furniture)

• Knowledge of carpentry (wood/MDF/chipboard) and/or metalwork

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Standard working day is 8 hours (typically 08:00-17:00)

• Hours vary with project demands; may include night shifts, weekends or public holidays (especially for retail store openings)

• High travel component: 80-90% of time

Compensation & Benefits

• Target net salary: EUR 2,000-2,500 per month

• Additional performance-based bonuses depending on project size

• Daily allowance: 100 RON per day for domestic travel; 45 EUR per day for international assignments
