Antal International is exclusively working with a global Engineering and Project Management company in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. 

The PROJECT SITE MANAGER holds the responsibility for planning, initiating, running and managing the construction sites with overall responsibility for progress on sites, ensuring, and promoting best construction and HSE practices. The Project Site Manager is responsible for managing the construction team, as well as delegating tasks accordingly.

As part of the senior management team, the PROJECT SITE MANAGER holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Program Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the Client expectations.

Required

• The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an internationally recognized university
• Over 15 years’ experience and a strong track record of construction management of large multi-site programs.
• Public sector experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding contractual obligations and all related requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership capability.
