Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise the construction and implementation of structural renewable projects and electrical installations in stations, ensuring all work adheres to project specifications and deadlines.

• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate on-site teams, facilitating effective collaboration among engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Daily Reporting: Monitor and report daily progress on all project activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

• Travel: Maintain availability for constant travel to various construction sites as required by the projects.

• Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards and complies with industry regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale renewable projects and electrical construction.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in computer literacy, particularly in reporting and project management tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and work on various sites, with openness to candidates from outside Bucharest.
