Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, scheduling, on-site management & execution control
• Site supervision and monitoring of all vendors and contractors
• Preparation of project execution plans, phasing & logistics planning
• Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors & subcontractors
• Ensuring project completion within timelines, budget & quality standards
• Quality assurance and monitoring of construction activities
• Vendor management and procurement tracking
• Tracking purchase orders, work orders & material procurement status
• Ensuring Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance at site
• Safe storage and handling of construction materials
• Daily/weekly/monthly project reporting to management & clients
• Conducting review meetings with consultants and vendors
• Monitoring project progress, issue resolution & conflict management
• Verification of site quantities and comparison of drawings vs actual execution
• Budget monitoring, wastage control & reduction of rework
• Team coordination, delegation & interdepartmental liaison
• Handling project handover and coordination with FM team

Qualification Required:

BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
4–8 years of experience in Civil Interiors / Fit-out Projects
Working knowledge of MEP services is preferred
Experience in on-site execution of interior and civil projects
