Our Client is a leading multinational company in Renewables. For their growing operations in Ilia, Peloponnese they are searching for a ‘Site Manager’ to join their team.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and manage technical project resources to ensure tasks are completed and delivered in line with the schedule of the proposed work.
• Guarantee and review that technical documentation is considered by service providers and contractors for compliance technically and contractually.
• Manage and interface with contractors and suppliers to launch, negotiate and align all technical aspects of the project.
• Guarantee that the project is implemented according to the Final Project Design.
• Manage and assess design change requests to be approved by the Lead Engineer.
• Monitor and assess the works performed by schedule, compliance, and quality and monitor deviations to identify risks in advance.
• Provide full-time technical support to the PM and Project Team;
• Be able to secure that all HSE procedures are in practice.
• Manage site logistics and deliveries.

Your profile:

• Strong academic background in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering).
• 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with HSE procedures.
