THE ROLE

• Coordinates all planning aspects of a product or service offering project for a client during PreSales
• Typically involves extensive interaction with sales and other members of cross-functional teams.
• Project is typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improvement of customer satisfaction using technology.
• A strong technical background is required to manage competing interests.
• Oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
• Review purchase order transmittals nothing any unusual service requirements and follow up with appropriate function.
• Meet with customers or customers contractors and perform site visits and help the customer prepare their facility for a successful and efficient installation.
• Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to others through the generation of procedures, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
• Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces, works across practices to share lessons learned and best practices.
• Advise customers on complex facility requirements, needs and/or changes including, but not limited to, safety requirements, room layout and electrical, plumbing and HVAC requirements.
• Review bids from building and rigging contractors and monitor contracts for quality and workmanship.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of building codes and other legal requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Technical or Engineering, Architectural background
• Experience with Medical Radiation Oncology equipment or related high technology equipment facilities design and equipment installation (is a plus but not mandatory).
• General knowledge of construction code and/or government radiation regulations would be beneficial.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing construction documents
• Proficient in utilizing PC business tools such as: Outlook, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using AutoCAD or similar design software is desired (not mandatory).
• Strong communication, customer relations, & problem resolution skills - fluent in local language, with good command of written & spoken English.
• Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people & willing to travel about 30% to project sites within Italy
