Job Description
Reporting to: Projects Manager
Department: EV Infrastructure
Unit: Project Execution
Nature of work: Site
JOB SUMMARY:
- Ability to understand charger installation procedures based on the installation manual, following the best practices for installation by considering quality and safety standards.
- Ability to manage a team of technicians & subcontractors.
- Ability to understand material requirements based on client requirements & site conditions.
- Ability to understand installation material requirements based on charger configurations and type.
- Ability to provide the best technical support on-site to install single or multiple units' installation.
- Ability to explain the technicality behind each charger type AC & DC Chargers and its operations to client.
- Ability to evaluate resources required, time and cost of the projects.
- Ability to read and understand electrical panel load calculations, and additional power requirements calculations.
- Ability to size the cable and breaker based on charger input power requirements.
- Basic understanding of telecommunication (Router configuration).
- Ability to generate project completion reports based on project execution.
- Working under flexible work timing to achieve the project deadline.
- Ability to manage the execution team by providing timely technical support to complete the project on time and under budget.
- Strong communication in English and Arabic, ability to interact with clients about technical specifications of the chargers and installation requirements.
- Computer skills and ability to configure the charger with different chargers' configuration software.
- Drive to build a great function within our business and succeed both individually and as a team.

- To ensure following Safety and quality procedures during project execution.
4. People Management
- Resolving conflicts between the execution team
- Providing the best alternative solution for agile projects to the teams
- Provide complete technical support & guidance to the execution team
5. Reports
- site survey report
- project completion and commissioning report
TECHNICAL COMPETENCY REQUIRED
1. Charger product knowledge & CPMS Config.
2. Site technical assessment

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Electrical
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MV/LV distribution network
- Preference for candidates with EV Charging experience
- Proficiency in English and Arabic for effective communication with clients and government agencies.
