Hiring for an Onsite Field Service Specialist for a Global IT services / system integration major.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Field Service Specialist
- Location: Warsaw, Indiana
- Work location: Client site
Role & responsibilities:
- Perform/Assist with basic network and computer troubleshooting
- Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any applications in Distribution Facility based on TS Site Lead direction
- Assist TS Site Lead with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution
- Assist Wireless support team (Specifically for RF Device Handhelds) deployment and troubleshooting
- Assist on site Deskside Support techs with equipment troubleshooting: Printers
- (Label/Document), USB Scanners, etc)
- Aid with Server Room hardware support team in conjunction with TS Site Lead and Deskside Support Techs
- Should be well versed with ITIL process (Service/Asset management)
- Engage with TS Site Lead to contribute and shaping strategies to transform customer engagement experience and insights
- Ensure effective Project Management of all key strategic projects – with appropriate process controls, metrics, and stakeholder updates.
- Build and maintain SOPs, Work instructions and other quality and compliance documents
- Perform periodic reviews of system SOPs to ensure relevance and compliance
- Manage System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) deliverables
- Lead and develop several cross-functional teams in the actual implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives for large-scale portfolio changes when needed or assigned by TS Site Lead
Candidate requirements:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management and project support
- Worked in Distribution Center/Pharma/Manufacturing plant a plus
- Understanding of Computer System Validation or 21 CFR Part 11
