Key Responsibilities

• Installation of underfloor heating & cooling systems
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Pressure Testing
• Health & Safety (including Toolbox Talks)

Key Role Requirements

• Basic construction knowledge (previous knowledge of plumbing heating & mechanical works would be advantageous)
• Valid CSCS and/or SKILLcard (If you do not have this you will be asked to complete and pass an external Health, Safety & Environment test so that a card can be applied for)
• Able to work in a physical demanding role and within construction site conditions
• Good communication skills both written & verbal
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Good IT & literacy skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience of working with technical drawings would be advantageous
