Job Responsibilities:
- Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner
- Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complex deals
- Create and manage plans to onboard clients or implement the solutions at clients’ end and work with internal teams like content, development team etc. to ensure adherence
- Maintain regular contact with clients to gain deeper understanding on their needs & concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those
- Manage all key client requirements, requests, queries, changes etc. and maintain proper documentation to track these
- Conduct regular review with the clients to highlight progress on their priorities and plan next steps
- Handle basic analytics requests and work with the analytics team to take up the complex ones
- Lead bench-marking pilots right from designing to implementing to tracking the progress and finally making the final presentation to client
- Work with clients for writing case studies on ROI and business benefits that they have realized from using our products and solutions
Desired Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Presales / Working in HR Consulting across Talent Acquisition or Talent Management
- Excellent client and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Presentable and confident as the role entails direct interaction with the clients
