Hiring for a SME – Zonal Head for India’s one of the biggest Insurance broking Major.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: SME – Zonal Head
- Location: Mumbai
- Reporting Manager: Head of SME – Sales
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and source NON-M&M Corporate Solution including MSME, SME Business in the Region/ Geography assigned and tie up with SME/ MSME Associations
- Develop, Manage, motivate and Support team in the region in procuring and retention of Business
- Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by company
- Extend technical support and accompany their team members as and when required for meeting their customers for sourcing business & resolving issues related to underwriting/claims/grievance thereby ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for their individual as well as Team’s Top line and Bottomline
- Structuring product for the Key Strategic Tie ups.
- Support team in client serving/ underwriting and placement of business
- Prepare business and manpower budget and Balance the optimum product mix
- Liaise with insurance companies to conduct special training session to build competencies of the team
- Adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA.
Candidate requirements:
- Understanding of the Corporate and MSME/ SME market especially geography
- Understanding of the Tier 2 markets and their dynamics and potential
- Experience in Managing a team of salespeople
- Business to generate on individual level as well along with the Team
- Comfortable for Alternate Saturday working
