Job Title: Snr Enterprise Sales Manager
Reports to: Head of Sales Unit

Job Purpose
Prospect; facilitate business meetings, anchor presentations/demo, sales closure whilst supervising, monitoring and developing potential clients. Also tasked with strengthening existing business relationships to ensure the provision of excellent products and services that add value to the customer at an affordable cost.
Summary of Responsibilities
This job grade is responsible for:
- Deputizes Head of Unit in sales matters.
- Leads the Sales Unit
- Generating sales for the business using a variety of sales techniques.
Duties:
This job grade shall be a young upwardly mobile professional who shall consistently apply the company’s policies and procedures (as set out in the BDG) to:
- Personifies the company’s policies, procedures and values in accomplishing all related assigned tasks.
- Research of assigned target market and finding companies to target.
- Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products and services
- Attends meetings with potential customers and closing sales and documenting same using prescribed tools.
- Builds personal sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales, using prescribed tools.
- Works towards monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Team Lead.
- Mapping activity targets in the sales lead funnel set by the Sales Team Lead.
- Ensures updating of the CRM and inputting information on prospects and customers.
- Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
- Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
- Preparation and presentation of weekly and other periodic reports on personal sales activities, using prescribed tools.

- Providing assistance to other members of his/her sales team.
- Continually developing the Company’s brand and building increasing awareness in the market place
- Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources are focused on the best opportunities.
- Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.

- Any other assigned duties from time to time

Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements:
- Honours degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
- Knowledge of current and expected changes in business that will impact on her/his preferred area of specialisation.
- Good knowledge of company’s products and services
- Basic experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Basic understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Requirements for Promotion to Next Level:
- Successful track record of completing work on time and to the required standard.

- Skills in leads generation and selling.

- Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Evidence of enthusiasm, strong intuition, imagination and self-motivation on assignments.
- Participated energetically and effectively in training sessions during the past year.
- Knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures
