Role & responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven social media strategies that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, field marketing, internal studio teams and external agencies to produce engaging content suited to each platform.
- Conduct research and implement social listening to understand target audience demographics, interests, and social media behaviour.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas (text, images, videos) optimized for each platform.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide support to other members of the global social media team for activities in the US, incl. social activity around local events and business updates.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Candidate requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, or strong portfolio demonstrating social media expertise.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, esp. LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and as a part of a global team.
- Passion for social media and a keen eye for creative content. Proficiency in social media analytics tools is an added advantage.
- US Citizenship or valid work authorization is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
