Direct and constant communication with the client, especially in French;
Agile inspired methodologies.

Understanding, interpreting & implementing functional and/or technical specifications written in French
Implementing, configuring and qualifying the integration of client's suite products including potential interaction with other external tools (ERP, BPM, DMS...)
Development of custom tools and functionalities (Java / Scripting) in order to complete those already existing in the product offering
Troubleshooting problems with new or existing deployments/solutions
Analyzing existing implementations and following/designing procedures to reach a new target specification
Assisting our customers to deploy client's solutions remoon-sited/or on site (Travel abroad)
Assisting our customers on production issues/incidents
Documenting the undertaken activities

Technical skills:
BS or master’s degree in informatics, Computer Science or equivalent (must have);
Basic knowledge of database concepts (understanding database design, creating/modifying tables, views, users, writing basic queries);
Experience with Linux and Windows basic administration;
Experience with other scripting tools and languages: Shell Scripting, Python, Perl.
