Synopsis:  

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer 2 (Automation Engineer) with 4 to 7 years of experience to join PAC team. As an Automation Engineer, Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to streamline companies’ software testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop automation strategies.
• Design and implement automated test scripts to validate software quality and identify bugs.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Execute and analyse automated test results to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation script issues to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in automation testing to enhance the testing processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in software automation who can write scripts on Pytest, HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
• Proficiency in any two such as Python, Selenium, or Shell.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation scripts.
• Well-versed with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipeline.
• Excellent in Debugging, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions.
• Comfortable working on Linux platform and basics of SQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• There will be mandatory working from the office and WFH will be on the exceptional and genuine case.
