For our client company, a multinational software house in FMCG field, we are looking for a Software Engineering Manager.

ACTIVITIES:

• Plan and execute the development and the deployment of complex enterprise SaaS products
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure tools meet our business needs
• Hire and lead software developers and development lead within the team
• Ensure your team is productive and well supported and promote you team members growth

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in managing geographically distributed teams
• Good Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS & PaaS concepts
• Advanced level of .Net C# and HTML5/JavaScript, SQL and RDBMS architecture
• Experience with Agile work methodology
• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles
• Strong customer focus both for development partners and end-users
• Availability to travel globally when required by the organization
• Proficient knowledge of English language (verbal and written)
