Key Responsibilities:
- Individual will do planning & development activities
- Very well versed with Embedded C and aquainted with Automotive Industry.
- RFQ management from SW point of view
- Conducting DFMEA/FTA review
- Do the Team development, skill gap analysis, recruitment and training
- Driving Innovation in the team. Motivate the team to innovate new solutions and meeting KPIs for product innovation.
- Estabishing and Maintaining SW systems and processes. Implementation of A-SPICE system and process. Requirement management, SW change management and Version control management.
- SW implementation of Active Safety as per ISO 26262.
- Development of both driver level and application SW for automotive applications. Communication stack development eg Bluetooth, CAN, USB etc
