About the Role

We are hiring a Software QA Engineer for a technology-driven company developing advanced software solutions in the telecommunications space.

This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of complex software systems, combining both manual and automated testing within an Agile environment.

You will work closely with development and product teams, contributing across the full software lifecycle—from requirements analysis to release validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and technical documentation to define test scope

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Perform manual and exploratory testing across applications and systems

• Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Postman, and Python

• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability

• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps

• Validate bug fixes and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with developers to analyze root causes and improve product quality

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Contribute to QA processes, standards, and test coverage improvements

• Support test environment setup, including basic system or hardware configurations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3+ years of experience in software testing / QA

• 2+ years of experience in test automation

• Strong knowledge of Python or similar programming language

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)

• Familiarity with Linux or Windows environments

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)

• Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Ability to design test cases based on requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with networking concepts or telecom systems

• Familiarity with protocols such as SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF

• Experience with shell scripting (Linux/Windows)
