Role: Software / Sr Software Engineer
Location: Hyderabad / Pune / BengaluruExperience: 4 to 9 yrs of professional experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, new and existing software systems
- Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
- Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
Skills and Experiences (Must Haves):
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience with Core Python
- Object Oriented Programming
- Multi-threaded & concurrent programming, preferably using Python Greenlets and gevent
- Experience with network protocols TCP/IP
- Experience with Linux operating system and shell (bash, sh, etc.) scripting
Skills and Experiences (Nice to Haves):
- Experience with various distributed storage or database systems
- Experience with Storage management
- Experience with Linux Clustering protocols
- Development of Clustering, Consensus (RAFT) and other distributed algorithms in Python
- Good understanding and experience with TDD (Test Driven Development)
