Responsible for leading a team of software engineers:

• Responsible for competency skills management for own team, coaching and mentoring of team members to reach the required competency.
• As resource manager responsible for setting of team KRA in line with departmental goals and objectives and their periodic performance evaluation.
• Responsible for capacity planning of team and ensuring effective development of resources for software project execution.
• Responsible for delivery of software products with required quality as per agreed timeline and budget in accordance with the BHTC development process.
• Responsible for detailed task planning for assigned projects/WPs considering interdependencies.
• Tracking and monitoring of status of projects/WPs and reporting of project and team updates to higher management.
• Involvement in technical reviews, conflict management and risk mitigation to provide effective solutions.
• Support to acquisition projects and strengthen the customer relations.

Core competences in electronics, software, automotive-development:

• Min 3 years working experience in Software Team Lead role
• Experience in personnel management
• Must have an automotive product knowledge (preferably in climate control)
• Experience in software/hardware project management, change management and risk management
• Experience in AUTOSAR, ASPICE and model based development.
• Knowledge of requirements management and analysis, HW-SW-architecture design and test
• Being competent and confident in dealing with customers and cross functional teams within projects
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and clear communication skills.
• Must be used to work in an international environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, transparency and extremely resourceful
