Job Title: Solution Architect

Major Responsibility:

• Analyse and understand business requirements.
• Identifying potential technology solutions to meet business objectives.
• Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution along with Gen AI applicability.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation and anchoring.
• Demonstrate complete ownership and provide leadership during design and responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
• Effort Estimation, Resourcing, Timeline, Risk Mitigation, Assumptions and Commercials
• As and when required provide support to Delivery Teams.
• Implementing POC for full proofing of the solution provided.
• Provide expert guidance and mentor other team members on tools, technologies, processes and certifications ensuring alignment with industry and company standards.
• Understand Agile artifacts; interact regularly with users to gather feedback, listen to their issues and concerns, and recommend.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement and introduce initiatives to develop collaterals and academy of knowledge.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• B.E (CS) or MCA or equivalent degree in the computer engineering field
• 12-15 years of experience in the software services industry with 3-5 years of experience at 
architect level.
• Technical skills must not be bar but must have deeper working knowledge in Java stack/.NET stack/Python. Must be comfortable to research and do a quick POC for new tools/services/technologies/programming technologies.
• Must demonstrate good understanding of Digital Engineering, Digital Transformation Application Migration and Modernisation aspect.
• Experienced with architecture frameworks, including Microservice Patterns, Design patterns, distributed applications, Azure Well-Architected Framework, AWS WellArchitected Framework, GCP, C4 Model considering reusability.
• Experienced in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker
• Experienced with event/message driven architecture using Kafka, RabbitMQ or other message broker services.
• Experience with Micro-frontend concepts and front-end technologies, like Angular, Node, React, Next.js
• Experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps activities
• Someone who still can do coding and can spin up a snippet of code quickly
• Ability to be versatile and handle multiple projects and re-prioritization.
• Excellent Communication Skills; verbal, written, presenting and articulating.
• Ability to translate ideas into solutions based on user and business needs.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and bring new ideas to the table
