Major Responsibilities:
-Build up solution sales strategy, develop and work with key partners to achieve defined sales target
-Provide total lighting solution, before-sales and after-sales service and consultant to business partners (key area dealer and key OEM).
-Build up and keep close relationship specifies and business partners, such as electrical consultant, interior designer, lighting consultant and control system integrators
-Organize trainings to internal/external customers, and make product & technology presentation in conferences and seminars.
-Report to regional sales manager South Korea
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required
Experience:
- A 5 -8 years’ experience in related electronic manufacturing experience is essential
- Demonstrated experience in total solution in electronic related project
- Experience working with International Suppliers (ie. Asia, Europe)
Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and strong customer focus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using MS Office
